  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
