What is your Flawless Fit Guarantee?

If your custom garment isn't perfect, we will cover up to $75 in local tailoring credits. If the item cannot be adjusted, we will provide a complete remake at no additional cost.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each garment is made-to-order. Typically, it takes 3 to 4 weeks for production and shipping. We recommend ordering at least 6 weeks in advance for special events like weddings.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated during the checkout process.
